The Whole Blood Club

**Club inception date: June 1, 2007**

The Whole Blood Club consists of three bonus point levels, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. In 2011 donors will have 18 months to qualify, July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. The additional 6 months will eliminate the confusing mid-year renewal. January 1, 2012 forward, donors will have the opportunity to achieve bonus levels each calendar year. Donors who have made a Whole Blood donation will be automatically enrolled into the Whole Blood Club at the Bronze level.

- Bronze - The Bronze level includes all donors who have made 2 whole blood donations. As soon as the Bronze level status is achieved, those donors will be rewarded 100 bonus points towards items in the LifeShare Online Store.

- Silver - The Silver level is for donors who have made 3 whole blood donations. As soon as the Silver level status is achieved, those donors will be rewarded 200 bonus points towards items in the LifeShare Online Store.

- Gold - The Gold level is for donors who have made 4 whole blood donations or more. As soon as the Gold level status has been achieved, those donors will be rewarded 300 bonus points towards items in the LifeShare Online Store.
