The Platelet Club

**Club inception date: June 1, 2007**

The Platlet Club consists of three bonus point levels, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Platelet donors have to qualify within 12 months beginning July 1st each year. After July 1st, a donor who has made a Platelet Club donations will be automatically enrolled into the Platelet club at the Bronze level.

- Bronze - The Bronze level includes all donors who have made 1 to 5 platelet donations.

- Silver - The Silver level is for donors who have made 6 to 12 platelet donations. As soon as the Silver level status is achieved, those donors will be rewarded 200 bonus points towards items in the LifeShare Online Store.

- Gold - The Gold level is for donors who have made 13 platelet donations or more. As soon as the Gold level status has been achieved, those donors will be rewarded 300 bonus points towards items in the LifeShare Online Store.
